Who We Are

More Than Just an Online Casino

9889jili is a licensed online gaming platform built specifically for players in the Philippines. We're not a generic international operator that added a Filipino payment method as an afterthought — we launched with the Philippine market as our primary focus, and every feature we've built reflects that.

From our game selection to our banking options, everything on 9889jili is designed to match the way Filipinos actually want to play. That means GCash and Maya withdrawals that clear in minutes, promotions timed around local holidays, and a customer support team that communicates in plain, friendly English — the kind you'd hear from a neighbour, not a call centre script.

We carry a hand-picked library of games from the most reputable providers in the industry. JILI Slots is our flagship category, but you'll also find live dealer tables, sports betting on the NBA and PBA, poker rooms, and a progressive jackpot section with life-changing prize pools. Whatever your game is, 9889jili has a version of it that's been tested, verified, and made available in a clean, mobile-friendly interface.

Our Journey

How 9889jili Came to Be

From a small team with a big idea to one of the Philippines' most recognised online gaming brands — this is the 9889jili story.

2019

The Idea Takes Shape

A small group of Filipino gaming enthusiasts noticed a gap: plenty of offshore casinos existed, but none were designed around what Filipino players actually needed. The concept for 9889jili was born in a Manila co-working space over several late nights and strong brewed coffee.

2020

Platform Launch

9889jili went live with its first version — a curated selection of JILI Slots and a streamlined GCash deposit process. Early feedback from players in Metro Manila and Cebu was overwhelmingly positive, particularly around payout speeds and the clean mobile interface.

2021

Sports Betting & Live Casino Added

Following player demand, 9889jili expanded into NBA and PBA sports betting alongside a live dealer casino lobby. The addition brought a whole new segment of Filipino players onto the platform — basketball fans and live table game lovers who wanted a single destination for everything.

2022

VIP Club & Loyalty Programme Launch

The 9889jili VIP Club launched with tiered cashback rewards, dedicated account managers, and priority withdrawals. Over 50,000 players enrolled in the programme within the first three months, making it the fastest-growing loyalty feature in the platform's history.

2023–2025

Continued Growth Across the Philippines

9889jili crossed the 500,000 registered player milestone and expanded its game library to over 300 titles. New payment channels including Maya, GrabPay, and UnionBank were added, and the platform's mobile performance was upgraded to support low-bandwidth connections common in provincial areas.

What We Stand For

The Principles Behind 9889jili

Every decision we make at 9889jili comes back to these six commitments to our players.

Player Safety First

9889jili operates under a valid gaming licence and uses enterprise-grade SSL encryption on every page and transaction. Player data is never sold or shared with third parties — full stop.

Fast, Reliable Payouts

We know waiting for your winnings is frustrating. GCash and Maya withdrawals on 9889jili process within 10–30 minutes in most cases. No hidden delays, no surprise verification loops for regular payouts.

Fair & Transparent Games

Every game in the 9889jili library uses a certified Random Number Generator independently audited each quarter. RTP percentages are published in-game so you always know the odds before you play.

Human Support, Always

There are no chatbots answering your questions at 9889jili. Our support team — actual people — is available 24/7 via live chat. They speak your language, literally and figuratively.

Bonuses That Actually Pay

We design promotions that players can realistically benefit from. Wagering requirements on 9889jili bonuses are stated clearly upfront — no fine-print surprises that make a bonus effectively unreachable.

Responsible Gaming

9889jili provides deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion tools to all players. We believe gaming should be fun and within your control — and we back that belief with real features, not just a policy page.

Everything You Love About Online Gaming, All in One Place

The 9889jili game library was put together with real player preferences in mind, not just whatever was cheapest to license. Here's what's waiting for you when you log in:

JILI Slots

Our most popular category by a wide margin. Titles like Fortune Gems, Super Ace, Dragon Fortune, and Money Coming deliver consistently high RTPs, stunning visuals, and bonus features that keep each session fresh. New JILI releases are added regularly, and 9889jili is often among the first Philippine platforms to carry them.

Live Casino

Stream live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and game show-style tables hosted by professional dealers in real time. The 9889jili live casino lobby runs around the clock, so there's always a seat available regardless of what time you're playing.

NBA & PBA Sports Betting

Filipinos live basketball — and 9889jili makes betting on it straightforward. Pre-game odds, live in-play betting, and a clean interface that updates in real time. Whether it's Game 7 of the NBA Finals or a PBA Commissioner's Cup semifinal, 9889jili has you covered.

Poker & Jackpot Slots

Video poker variants and dedicated poker rooms sit alongside our progressive jackpot slot section, where prize pools can climb into the millions of pesos. Every jackpot ticker is live and visible before you spin, so you always know what's at stake.

Banking & Payments

Deposit & Withdraw the Filipino Way

All amounts in Philippine Peso (₱). No foreign currency conversions, no surprise fees from 9889jili.
